Books
My first book project is a very special one: Corporate strength – 15 essays for more success.
I have written a book together with 14 other experts from different corners of the economy. The target group – managers in the SME sector.
The special thing about our book project – the variety of topics and the very diverse team. Practical contributions with a focus on implementation from leadership to team, from conflict to communication, from AI to sales – written by 11 women and 4 token men from Austria, Switzerland and Germany.
My contribution is called “TEAM. Set. Match – high-performance and motivated teams for your company” and deals with how you as a manager can use a personality model and tennis analogies to recognize the strengths of your team members and use them for team success. The aim is to enable you as a manager to better understand and utilize the individual skills of your team in order to maximize team performance and create a harmonious working environment.
