About me
Sandra Karner
That’s what sets me apart…
Talent wins games…
Teamwork wins championships.
I have no place for an elbow mentality. I believe in working together. For me, a manager is only as strong as their team. This is not only scientifically proven, it also corresponds to my experience as a manager and coach.
I worked as a mentor and project manager at Mercedes Benz AG in Stuttgart & Berlin for over 10 years. I have formed high-performance teams & led projects to success. I know how leaders and teams deliver outstanding performance & what it takes to get team performance right.
Sandra Karner, Team-Coach
Success is the result of team play.
Forming high-performance teams is my passion.
Success is based on performance.
Performance is the result of wanting, being able and doing.
My penchant for performance and team play stems not only from my corporate and management experience. I am an enthusiastic tennis player. Tennis is the school of life for me.
I played the sport professionally for many years and am still an enthusiastic tennis player today. My experiences in this area also shape my attitude and work. I take on challenges in a sporty way…
Team play means working together
I share my know-how & my enthusiasm with you
I love supporting people in their development. That is pure motivation for me. Regardless of whether in the corporate world, the start-up scene or in personal exchanges. I share my motivation and enthusiasm with you and your team. This is how we perform together and successfully…
This is how I work & live:
Insights into my work and my everyday life.
I started my own business to do what I’m passionate about. To live what I love. My goal is to strengthen teams so that they can achieve their goals together and successfully. Team performance & potential development is my passion. Whether on the tennis court or in the company. I get your team going & on the road to success…
”I know the moments of success, but I also know how painful defeats can be. One thing I’ve learned along the way is that giving up is not an option. It’s about getting up & moving on.”
