The right method for every challenge
I love methods and I dare say that I have the right method for every challenge. However, I am convinced that there is often no one perfect method. In theory, that may be the case. But what if the method doesn’t suit the client?
The selection of methods for my workshops and coaching sessions requires sensitivity, a feel for the group and experience.

I love Liberating Structures because they emphasize participation and involvement. They are my basic tool in every workshop to achieve the best possible results for everyone in the team.

Liberating Structures are a well-stocked method box that allows everyone to participate. The individual Liberating Structures make it possible to overcome challenges in a targeted and step-by-step manner. They combine carefully structured, skillful sequences, goal-oriented questions and illuminating metaphors. In this way, they can liberate interactions.
Liberating Structures are (currently) 35 microstructures compiled by Keith McCandless and Henri Lipmanowicz.
3D Worlds
Playfully illuminate the colorful facets of your challenge
As a certified 3D Worlds Facilitator, I like to use this method as a starting point for collaboration because it reveals potential that can then be explored in depth together in order to reach the goal step by step.
This method has addictive potential!
3D worlds briefly explained
The 3D worlds method is a playful approach to creating a shared picture of complicated relationships. It is particularly suitable for giving structure to shared content in a team or group and for making decisions transparently. The content is noted on rewritable hexagons (mini whiteboards), which are then clustered and prioritized with the help of height profiles (hence the name 3D worlds).
The method is divided into 4 phases, each of which is self-contained and the results of which provide insightful added value. This makes it possible to achieve valuable interim results efficiently and to give participants the space and time they need – without having to keep an eye on the clock all the time. The 3-dimensional map that is created here enables a more intensive and tangible visualization of the topics than 2-dimensional sticky notes.

CIRCYOULAR® is a motivation analysis platform based on scientific findings. The fact is: everyone is motivated. But only very few people know what they are motivated for. CIRCYOULAR® addresses this issue and creates a so-called DRIVES DNA based on individual motivators (DRIVES). No more boring workshop rooms
As a coach, I spend a lot of time in meeting rooms and seminar hotels. At least half of them are so dreary that creative collaboration and innovative results are almost unthinkable. This situation is a thing of the past!
Tape Lovers united
With the Taping facilitation method, I use the spatial conditions to get even more out of our workshop. The visual support often turns a simple check-in into a feast for the eyes that is fun.
Tape not only makes each method more colorful, it also invites the participants to move around the room and literally help shape the result.
At the end of the workshop day, the results are impressively displayed on the wall.
I also love to use tape for an energizer in between or for a more extensive team-building session when the aim is to create a joint team work of art.
